Terms and conditions
Freight
Freight is prepaid on all orders over $500.00 shipped within the continental U.S.A. All orders less than $500.00 are F.O.B. originating location with a minimum charge of $6.00
Special delivery
Special delivery requests such as lift gate truck for direct shipments, Next Day Air or similar services available for an additional fee.
Return Merchandise Policy
No products may be returned without written authorization. Authorized items must be returned new, freight prepaid in original carton and packaging material. Returned goods are subject to minimum 15% restocking fee plus outbound freight charges. Returned goods must be received within 60 days of invoice. Special orders or non stock items are not returnable.
Broken Carton Charges
Orders calling for quantity less than standard pack may be charged factory "Broken Carton Fee". Some items may require full carton purchase.
Special orders
Special orders require payment in full before the order can be processed.
Payment Terms
We accept most major credit cards, cash or checks with verified funds. We offer Net 30 days to customers with stringent, approved credit references.
